How long is the warranty period?

All LOBOR watches are covered by a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase, according to the warranty card or other valid proof of purchase.

If you purchased from our official website, we can verify the order record in our system using your email address.

What does the warranty cover?

LOBOR watches are covered against movement manufacturing defects under normal use, including issues such as sudden stoppage of the movement or abnormal accuracy problems caused by manufacturing defects.

Please keep your proof of purchase for all warranty claims and service requests.

What is excluded from warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage caused by misuse, strap damage, theft, or unauthorized repair.

How do I request warranty service?

Please contact our customer support team (sales@lobor.com) with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Where should I send my watch for warranty service or repair?

Our support team will confirm the correct return address according to the nearest warehouse available in your country after reviewing your case. Please do not send the watch before receiving confirmation.

All warranty inspections and repair services are ultimately handled at our Hong Kong Repair Center to ensure proper quality control and service standards.

How should I pack the watch?

Please wrap the watch securely with protective material and place it in a small box to prevent movement during shipping.
