ORDER ISSUES

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, AliPay, WeChat Pay & FPS. All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout.
SHIPPING DELIVERY
We ship all Hong Kong orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong. You will receive the shipment confirmation email once the order is shipped. Please expect 1-2 business to receive your orders.
We offer free S.F express shipping for all the order above HKD400.
Yes. you can choose pickup at any S.F Express points/lockers in Hong Kong. Please put the address of S.F Express points/lockers in you shipping address and you will receive the SMS to get the parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want every customers satisfies their order. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price items within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on pre-ordered or discounted items, except we've made a mistake.
Please send email to sales@lobor.comfor any return request. You will receive the return address by email after we confirmed the order is eligible for the return. You may choose to return by mail or drop off by person. The amount will be refunded to your card within a week.
We can only accept the exchange if the item is unused and new condition. For additional questions, email us at sales@lobor.com and we’ll help you out.
WARRANTY & REPAIR
Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of LOBOR Watches. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement.
The warranty for a LOBOR timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service team by sending an email request sales@lobor.com to receive the further help. We are very happy to help you fix it as soon as possible.
Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 2 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.
Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
